Your stainless steel cooking utensils have been manufactured by the PLATINUM Cookware Company, and each piece is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is expressly granted in lieu of all other warranties except implied warranties. Defective products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, and without charge. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or modification of or to any part of this product. With the exception of damages resulting from Platinum Cookware's failure to comply with federal or state warranty law, this warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages, whether direct or indirect. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary state to state. All transportation charges and shipping expenses are the purchaser's responsibility.
