Ingredients

3 lb. chicken, cut up
1/2 cup tomato sauce or catsup
1 large red pepper, sliced
1 large carrot, sliced
1 small can button mushrooms
1 large green pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
3 segments garlic, crushed
salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat large skillet bottom on medium-high heat for about 3 minutes. Place chicken in hot pan, skin side down, and brown on all sides. Add remaining ingredients, tomato sauce (or catsup) last. Season to taste. Cover. Cook over low heat 25-30 minutes.
