STEAK AND POTATOES
2 lbs. sirloin steak 1 potato, chopped 1 onion, chopped
Preheat skillet over medium heat. Trim visible fat. Brown steak on both sides, cover steak with potato and onion. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes or to preferred doneness.
Remove steak, and turn potato and onion into meat juice and serve as au jus.
