1 tbsp. butter
 1 medium onion, chopped
 3 cups soft bread crumbs
 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning 
Dash of pepper
 3 tbsp. water 
1 egg, well beaten
2 lbs. flank steak
 Salt and pepper


Melt butter in skillet over medium heat, sauté onion until golden brown. Place onion in bowl and add next five ingredients. Mix well and spread on steak, roll and tie with string.

Place flank steak in preheated Dutch oven and brown all sides using medium heat; cover. Once vapor seal is reached turn heat to low and cook for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.

Remove, cut strings and cut in cross-wise sections. Season to taste.
