SUNSHINE CHICKEN SALAD

Ingredients

1 package (1 oz.) dry Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup yogurt
1/4 cup honey
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 cup celery, sliced
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 and 1/2 cups seedless red grapes
1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted

 Instructions

In a bowl, blend the dressing mix with mayonnaise, yogurt and honey. Refrigerate for half hour. Put the rest of the ingredients in a bowl but not including the almonds. Toss in the dressing and sprinkle with almonds prior to serving.
