TOP OF STOVE QUICK CAKE

Ingredients

1  18-ounce white or yellow cake mix

Instructions

Use any package mix. Follow package instructions. Grease large skillet on bottom and sides. Pour batter into skillet on cold burner. Cover. Turn heat to medium for 5 minutes. Reduce to low for 20 minutes. Cake is done when no depression is left on top when tested with finger. Turn onto cake plate. Cover with with Quick Icing.

QUICK ICING FOR QUICK CAKE:

While cake is still hot on cake plate, closely place and overlap 6-10 Hershey bars w/ almonds over cake top. While chocolate is melting, spread evenly with spatula.
