2 1/2-3 lbs. cut up chicken
1 medium onion sliced
1 clove garlic
4oz. can spaghetti sauce or tomato sauce with herb seasonings
1/4 cups water
6oz. can tomato paste
4oz. can drained mushroom pieces
Preheat large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken parts, skin side down. Brown on all sides. Add onion and garlic; let brown slightly. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 30 minutes until chicken is tender. Serve sauce over chicken and noodles or spaghetti.
