PORK CHOP DINNER
4 pork chops, 1/2-inch thick 2 small potatoes, cut in half 2 small onions, sliced 4 medium carrots, halved lengthwise 1 cup tomato sauce Salt and pepper to taste
Arrange pork chops in bottom of preheated skillet over medium heat. Sear both sides of chops.
Arrange potato halves and onion slices over chops. Place halved carrots on top and pour tomato sauce over all; cover.
Turn heat to low once vapor seal occurs. Continue to cook until chops are tender, 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Remove cover during last 15 minutes to cook down sauce. Season before serving.
